A large assortment of domestic and imported wines are available at this
unique shop that also stocks a quality selection
of cheeses, fresh pasta, ravioli, pasta sauces and artisan
breads. The cheese selection, usually over 35 cheeses, includes
special items such as award winning triple
cream Brie, English farmstead Stilton and Spanish Manchego goat
cheese. An olive bar is also available. Everything you need for a quick dinner, a lazy Sunday picnic, fantastic gifts, or any other occasion. Conveniently
located on Highway 95 in Sandpoint. Pend Oreille Pasta and Wine
has been providing delicious foods, wines and desserts for over 15
years. In addition to their gourmet grocery, they are locally
known as a reasonably priced quality caterer for all occasions.
They offer fresh pasta and sauces, handmade on the premises including linguini, fettuccini, rigatoni, and many more. All pasta is made with freshest ingredients including semolina wheat flour and fresh eggs. Pair homemade pasta with one of 15 sauces including marinara, puttanesca, three cheese or pesto. You can buy the pasta/sauce ala carte or as part of one of our dinner packages which also include daily baked crusty San Francisco style bread and a European salad mix with your choice of dressing – see the Take Home Menu Page for more detail. In addition to the fresh noodles just mentioned they have possibly the best selection of filled pastas (ravioli, etc) found within several hundred miles.
With a selection of almost 400 wines, Pend Oreille Pasta has a bottle of wine, at competitive prices, for every occasion. The diverse selection includes wines from the U.S., Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. John and Valerie love to help people select the appropriate wine and, if not in stock, will gladly order what you need. If you wish, you can discover new wines by joining the wine club; there is no signup fee and members receive a 10% discount on any wine after the 2 bottle monthly wine selection - see the Wine Club Page for more detail.

Pend Oreille Pasta caters diverse events ranging from 500 guest weddings offsite to 10 person appetizers trays that are picked up at the store; please see the Catering Menu Page. They possess an Idaho Alcohol Beverage license and can supply these beverages at competitive prices at the event site or picked up at the store. They also cater dinners on Lake Pend Oreille Cruises.
